I see boho goth EVERYWHERE. It’s big on instagram, but no one ever calls it that.

Today bohemian just means “downwardly mobile.”

My style has always been pretty “bohemian” … lately it’s been tending towards the Japanese “Mori girl” style and also this look I see being referred to as “Strega” (meaning witch, apparently)

    I’m back because I have more thoughts…

I think boho never dies because at its heart it’s rooted in eclecticism, the idea of taking elements from various sources and slapping them together, sometimes haphazardly, and often with reckless abandon. You could call it the “Holy Fool” of fashion, the one who never quite learns but is always evolving 🙂

I think it’s constantly revamping with a slightly different tone. That’s how it continues to remain relevant and interesting. It also appeals to a wide range of women who identify as a bit free-spirited, alternative, etc.

I find boho flowing outfits hard to wear if you are shorter. It looks good on warm tone people also vs cool tone imo also
